DJ Gribbin

DJ Gribbin has decades of infrastructure experience in representing governmental and private clients. He is a Senior Operating Partner with Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners and a Brookings Institute Nonresident Senior Fellow. He recently served as the United States’ first Special Assistant to the President for Infrastructure, where he led the development of the administration’s USD1tn infrastructure plan. In this capacity, he worked with fellow senior administration officials as well as governors and mayors across the nation to develop a new vision for pairing federal, state and local resources to efficiently meet infrastructure challenges. He also served as General Counsel for the United States Department of Transportation and Chief Counsel for the Federal Highway Administration. In the private sector, he was the National Director for Strategic Consulting with HDR and Managing Director and Head of Government Advisory at Macquarie Capital.
Frank Sacr
Interim Executive Director @Gateway Program Development Corporation
Frank is the Interim Executive Director, responsible for managing all aspects of the development of the Gateway Program to modernize the century old rail system between New York and New Jersey, the busiest section of passenger rail in the nation. Previously, he was with Société Générale for 23 years, the last several of which he headed the bank’s infrastructure financing team for the Americas. In that role, Frank was at the forefront of the development of the P3 market in North America, having structured financing for several landmark infrastructure projects. His formal qualifications include both commerce and law degrees from the University of Melbourne.
John Dionisio
Partner and Director of Business Development @Meridiam North America
John M Dionisio is a Partner at Meridiam and the firm’s North America Business Development Director. In his role as Director, John coordinates and oversees the project origination function for the North American market. Since joining Meridiam in 2005 as one of the initial members, John has been actively engaged across a variety of infrastructure investment disciplines including business development, project development, project finance, fundraising and corporate finance. As an investment professional and project developer, he has played active roles in major public-private partnerships including the Port of Miami Tunnel Project, the IH 635/LBJ Project in Texas, the Long Beach Courthouse Project, the Purple Line Project in Maryland, the Central 70 Project in Denver and the Iowa University Utility P3. John holds a Bachelor of Science from Georgetown University and a master’s degree from Columbia University’s School of Public and International Affairs.
